Today, i went for a trip with meh friend Momo (ALL photos by Momo) to visit Socks, Scylla and Charybdis at the mississippi coast fur easter! Before i left for this trip, i received THIS basket from Socks, Scylla and Charybdis:
Izn't that the nicest basket yoo've ever seen?! That was so thoughtful of them!
The first thing that we did when we got there, was learn about the solar fountain! Socks showed it to us. This iz wat i learneded: "The black thing in the picture captures the sun's rays and converts them to energy. This allows the pump to suck up water to the top of the fountain where it then trickles back down. It makes a lovely sound." sayz socks. He knows so much dat kitty!

Next, we had da picnic. Then in dis next picshure is us laying around the butterfly garden. It wuz SO bootiful.

Den, Charybdis showed us da geese family. deir mom warned us that the geese could be very vicious so we took the precaution of keeping our distance.

Den, we went to the family room where i got to see dem ireland picshures close ups. Momo and Socks shared some private time ( i do NOT know wat dat means ) togethers.
DEN we went on a boats and saw cat island!
Cat Island is a barrier island off the Mississippi coast. The island is named for racoons that early explorers mistook for cats. The island has a unique "T-shape" created by the colliding currents of the Gulf of Mexico. Its marshes and beaches provide a refuge for alligators and migratory birds. During WWII the island was a base for training army dogs.
And den, we had to comes home cuz momma gets all worried. I sorry guys, but i never been away from home dat long! most one night! and, dat was only were momma werks, so most of da time she was dere wif meh.

I am glad you enjoyed the time away. We promised your momma that we would look after you and we did. When you are older you can convince your momma to let you come away with us for longer and to more adventurous places.
what a delightful trip you had!! momo was furry kind to take you along to see socks, scylla, an' charybdis. efurrything looked mos' beautyful! happy easter (a little late) an' a warm, cozy spring to you, dear tesla!
