Dr. came by last night- to my surprise she jumped up to greet him as if to say 'hey! i know you!' and hadn't moved for ANY of us all day. After a careful examination- he says, no fluid in chest, no congestion that he can hear- its an upper resp. infection!

So we took her to bed with us.

This morning at 5 am i woke up to find tes coughing again- and my husband found she had peed all over his side of the bed. We also found that she did indeed squat to pee- because she was laying down and she was untouched- and you could actually find the spot where she urinated into the comforter. Another one to the laundry mat this am...

I know the dex shot (steroid) makes them urinate a lot more. However i worry more about her because MY tesla would NEVER EVER do that! She's the one i can count on! ANd here we are.

Didn't touch her food this morning, but seemed a little perkier- then started to try to cough something up and her eyes drooped right back to the way they were before.

Fever is 103.1 so she'll be coming to work where they can monitor her. I will try to leave her there overnight too- because i just can't take worrying about her here too. I feel better having her there where a dr. will check at night again before the end of the day. and first thing in the morning.

So, its this fever we have to get under control and so forth. So that makes me feel better.

I already feel much better just writing it on here and seeing how many wonderful comments i've gotten from all of you.

I"m convinced that it was your prayers that made this JUST a upper resp. I really do believe in the praying helping her. So please don't stop, we need you still.
